Kitchen fire in Thornpark Rise

FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a small kitchen fire in Thornpark Rise, Exeter, this morning (Wednesday).
Two appliances from Danes castle and Middlemoor Fire station were called out to reports of smoke from a bathroom window at around 8am.
On arrival a small fire in a kitchen was discovered and forced entry was made to the property.
The small fire was involving toast and was extinguished with two breathing apparatus and one hose reel.
