Labrador dog found on M5 Cullompton hard shoulder

A BLACK Labrador dog has been found on the hard shoulder of the M5 near Cullompton.
The dog was found by a lorry driver who took it to Cullompton police station.
The pooch appeared well looked after but seemed "hungry and thirsty" and "very frightened", according to the lorry driver who found it.
The animal had a collar but no ID dog and no distinguishing marks.
